Welcome to Tropical Breeze Apartments Curaçao! We started the company this year and we are fresh to make your stay on the beautiful island of Curaçao one to never forget. Tropical Breeze Apartments is located in the northeast part of the island in a community called "La Quinta Villas". It is this quiet neighborhood in one of the most beautiful areas of the island and the northeast trade winds, with proximity of the Atlantic Ocean and all it's beautiful beaches, that make this area the ultimate place to stay!!We are renting out a vacation villa and apartments that can suit anyones needs (or dreams!). Single travelling persons, small groups and large groups: anything is possible for guests that like to have a quiet vacation, but also guests that need some more adventure!

As a family of four with enough space around our house we thought quite a while back of the idea to set up a couple of apartments. Very concrete it never became until the beginning of 2009. We, Concha and Niels Vaneker, said to ourselves that the level of ameneties, service and prices we could offer to our guests would be very competitive compared to what is generally offered here on the island.So sitting on the veranda with a sunny warm breeze through our hair we knew the most suitable name for our apartments: "Tropical Breeze Apartments", which basically examplifies the way our guests will experience their vacations with us, relaxed, sunny, with a clear mind in tropical atmospheres.We would like to indulge you in everything this beautiful island has to bring. POOLWe have a wonderful 10m x 3.5m size, modern styled, swimming pool for generic use.Cleaning of the pool will occur twice a week.Our pool has an automatic pool filling system, so guests don't have to be worried of jumping into an empty pool in the early morning hours.Swimming is at own risk of the guests and guests with small children should specifically take care of them.

CURACAO
With about 450 square kilometers (175 square miles) Curaçao is the largest of the leeward ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao). The landscaping ranges from rough areas, like Joris Bay, right next door of our Apartments, to the beautiful flora and fauna of the Christoffelpark and to the magnificent natural white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters on the western side of the island.
Leisure activities are plenty available on the island, from local places to dine and drink to trendy upscale (hotel-)bars and restaurants.
Trips on the island are generously offered, but renting a car is preferable and the roads are overall very decent to drive and the directions easy to find. For hiking and mountain biking Koraal Tabak (right next door of the Apartments as well) is the perfect place!
The Apartments are located at 12 minutes drive from the first south coast beaches, 3 minutes from supermarkets and 15 minutes from city centre of Punda and Otrobanda with all its historical and cultural sightseeing characteristics.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESERVATION, STAY AND PAYMENT CONDITIONSMINIMUM STAYMinimum stay for apartments is 3 nights and minimum stay for the vacation villa is 2 weeks. CONFIRMATIONReservation should be confirmed via email and a 40% down payment within 5 business days of the reservation date confirms the reservation for the requested rental period. Within two weeks before arrival date on the island of Curaçao, the remaining 60% should have been wired to Tropical Breeze Apartments. OPTIONUpon request renter will be granted an option for one of the apartments or vacation villa (or all) for a period of 5 business days after initial request. This is done to accommodate the renter to make travel and/or other arrangements. CANCELLATIONIt is highly recommended for renters to get Travel Insurance. In case of cancellation down payment will be charged by Tropical Breeze Apartments and will not be refunded to the renter.SECURITY DEPOSITA security deposit of €250.00 (or the equivalent in ANG/USD at daily market rates) for 2 persons. €450.00 for 4 persons or more and €650.00 for renting the vacation villa, will be required and due upon arrival. •Vacation Villa (up to 6 persons) € 150,00 per night based on 4 persons
•Apartment (up to 4 persons) € 65,00 per night based on 2 persons
•Apartment (up to 2 persons) € 45,00 per night
•Additional person € 12,50 per night
•Airport Pick-up and Drop-off € 10,00 per person (optional)
•Full fridge at arrival € 45,00 (optional)
•End cleaning € 45,00 (mandatory)
•High season 10% surcharge (*)
Note: prices above can be paid in the equivalent ANG/USD at current day foreign exchange market prices and are exclusive 5% VAT.
